Jeff Buice - Owner/Broker-in-Charge

I'm Jeff Buice, owner and Broker-in-Charge of Buice Realty, Inc.  I have had my real estate license for over 27 years and have extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate business.  My dad, Joe Buice, taught me much of what I know since he started the business in 1976.  Thankfully I was able to carry on his legacy by taking over the company and growing it.  I treat all my clients like they are my only clients because I know good customer service and constant communication are the keys to a successful real estate transaction.  If you're looking to buy or sell I promise I will deliver my best to each transaction.  From contract negotiation to handling unexpected issues, from beginning to end, you can count on me to get the job done. 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling (especially to Hilton Head Island and Disney World), outdoor activities, working in my yard and Clemson sports.  I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.  I've been married to Tonya Buice for 29 years and we have two sons, one who is a Civil Engineer at SCDOT and lives in Spartanburg and one at Gaffney High School.  We are active members in our church and I have served in many capacities at other churches such as Chairman of Deacons and Sunday School Director.  And currently I serve as Past President of Spartanburg MLS.  I believe in giving back to the community where you live whether that is with your time, talents or funds.
