Andi Walker

Hey, I'm Andi Walker. I got my real estate license in 2020. Real estate is a second career for me as I'm also an Occupational Therapist working with students in the local schools. I live on the eastside of Spartanburg in a house with 4 acres with my golden doodle 'Gypsy Rose'. I have 4 grown children. My two daughters live in Columbia, SC. One son lives in Johnson City, TN. And my youngest son lives in Guam serving in the Navy. I love looking at houses, helping clients identify pros and cons, and looking at ways to increase a home's value. I like negotiating, researching, and bringing all the information I can to my clients so they can make their best decision. I like working with both buyers and sellers. I have sold properties in Spartanburg County, Cherokee County and Union County. The best feeling is getting to a closing with everyone feeling good about the process.
