My name is Christopher Smith. I was born and raised in Gaffney, SC. I have a beautiful wife Melissa, 7 kids and 6 grandkids. I am a graduate of Spartanburg Community College and Limestone College. I am a Christian and member of Silica Springs Baptist church. I have spent most of my career in Industrial Maintenance but have also been a real estate investor for several years. I pursued my real estate license to help others achieve their goals in real estate, whether that is buying your first home, your forever home, downsizing for retirement or just looking for a passive real estate income.
